We offer three main options for on-going support. The headline figures can be requested by email if you contact info@asgmedia.co.uk. Each option is based on the monthly hours we would expect to allocate for that support level averaged over the year. Each option also shows the maximum number of hours I would provide within the package to give extra support when necessary (up to 4 times a year). This allows for natural variations as some months will undoubtedly require greater input than others to cover promotions, price or product reviews, significant changes, etc. Unless these are particularly involved I would generally cover these within the set support option giving you greater certainty over your costs.

If none of these options is quite what you want and you’d like to combine different elements I can also offer a bespoke service option tailored exactly to your requirements and priced by the individual elements.

I would strongly suggest that the Corporate option is the most suitable and cost effective option for any corporate business. This will provide you with greater reliability and a greater capacity for stronger customer relationship building, as well as allowing flexibility for quite wide ranging changes and updates to your overall on-line presence. And all still within a fixed budget.
